1. Current lookup scope
Google sign-in is required for searches. Five free searches return up to 10 accounts each; available paid searches return up to 20. Apify retrieves the available public records. We do not monitor profiles in the background or access private accounts.
2. Information you enter
The Instagram username and list choice you submit are sent to Apify to retrieve public records. Apify may retain run inputs and results under its own retention and privacy policies. Do not submit passwords, cookies, verification codes, private messages, or other sensitive information.
3. Accounts and payments
Google sign-in identifies your account using your email, name, profile image, and provider identifier. Search allowances and lookup receipts are associated with your account. When checkout is available, Dodo Payments handles payment processing for one-time packs. We do not offer recurring subscriptions.
4. External services
Google provides sign-in, Supabase stores account records, and Apify supplies public-list lookups. External services and links are governed by their own privacy practices. Theick is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
5. Query records and retention
We store the searched username, list choice, request time, status and returned results against your account to manage allowances and recover queries. Result data older than 24 hours is cleared when your account balance is next processed; this is not a scheduled deletion guarantee. Query metadata and billing records remain stored. Your browser session also stores a reference to your last query for recovery. Apify applies its own retention policies.
6. What private lookup means
Our lookup flow does not connect your Instagram account or send the searched person a message, follow request or notification. This does not mean your use is anonymous to us or our service providers. Opening a result link takes you to Instagram, where its own account and privacy settings apply.
