Make manual public-list lookups without connecting an Instagram account.
How do I look up a public list?
Sign in with Google, enter a public Instagram username, choose Following or Followers, and select Search. You get five free searches of up to 10 accounts each; available paid searches return up to 20.
Why are there no historical events?
Current lists are snapshots, not proof of exact follow dates or newly detected changes. The site does not run background monitoring.
Can I check a private profile?
No. Theick does not bypass privacy controls. Private or unavailable targets return an error, not example results.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Google sign-in is required for real lookups. It does not connect your Instagram account or start a subscription.
